Sydney Trains Command & Control Uplift

Risk-e Business has been working with Sydney Trains to uplift their Command and Control function across the entire network.

Phase 1 was completed yesterday with a presentation by Dave and Emma to their Executive Leadership Team regarding our findings.

As Phase 2 gets underway, we’ll continue working with staff, building on what was learned in Phase 1. Through this work, we believe there are real, practical changes and modifications that can be implemented to support and uplift Command & Control across the network.
